The 1st Flight Data Services (FDS) U.S. User Group Meeting was held at The Platinum Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, May 21st, 2010.

The User Group meetings are a great opportunity for FDS customers to meet, discuss flight safety issues of common interest, and learn about FDS company and service developments.

This 1st U.S. User Group meeting was addressed by guest speaker Mr. Ken Ashby, of Mountain Air Cargo, who gave a presentation on Steps to acquiring FAA FOQA approval. FDS would like to thank Mr. Ashby for his contribution to the meeting.

Also speaking were FDS representatives Executive V.P., Captain John Flemming, from the U.S. office, who talked about How to get the most out of your data and CEO, Mr. Dave Jesse, from the UK office, who talked about Using the flight data to support engineering investigations.
