Flight Data Services 7th User Group Meeting held in Portsmouth

Flight Data Services (FDS) held the 7th FDM/FOQA User Group Meeting in Portsmouth on Thursday 25th October 2007.

Delegates from 15 FDS customer airlines attended the meeting. As well as presentations from the customer airlines on various aspects of FDM/FOQA, the meeting was addressed by guest speakers Steve Jarvis from Granfield University who did a presentation on Human Factors, and Paul Hodgson and Peter Riley from NATS who talked about Level Busts in UK Airspace.

Before the meeting FDS Consulting ran a two day training course on Managing FDM/FOQA. The course was developed specifically for FDS customers who were new to flight data monitoring and also customers who wanted to improve the results obtained from FDM/FOQA.
